《GB/T 32081-2015船舶与海上技术 救生艇筏和救助艇用救生属具》由TC129（全国船舶舾装标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了1974年国际海上人命安全公约(SOLAS)及其修正案,以及国际救生设备规则(LSA)规定的救生艇筏和救助艇上携带各种属具的设计、性能和使用。对于许多属具,也包括附录A所述的由主管机关或船员进行的日常维护和定期检验指南。
Scope
This standard specifies the design, performance and use of various equipment carried on board survival craft and rescue boats specified in the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) and its amendments, as well as the International Life-saving Appliances Code (LSA). For many attachments, guidelines for routine maintenance and periodic inspections by the Administration or crew are also included as described in Appendix A.
