《GB/T 32203-2015油气管道安全仪表系统的功能安全验收规范》由TC124（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会）归口，TC124SC10（全国工业过程测量控制和自动化标准化技术委员会系统及功能安全分会）执行，主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了油气管道安全仪表系统的功能安全验收人员要求、执行功能安全验收活动的阶段、验收活动的管理和职责、各阶段验收活动的依据、内容及相关要求。
本标准适用于新建及改扩建的陆上石油天然气长输管道输送系统中安全仪表系统的验收。

Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for functional safety acceptance personnel of oil and gas pipeline safety instrumented systems, the stages of performing functional safety acceptance activities, the management and responsibilities of acceptance activities, the basis, content and related requirements of acceptance activities at each stage. This standard applies to the inspection and acceptance of safety instrumented systems in newly built and expanded onshore oil and gas long-distance pipeline transportation systems.
