《GB/T 32214.2-2015信息技术 ASN.1的一般应用 第2部分：快速Web服务》由TC28（全国信息技术标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
GB/T 32214的本部分规定了快速Web服务的消息和编码，与描述这些服务的方法一起使用这种快速Web服务和编码。支持快速Web服务的协议并基于下述传送来满足SOAP处理模型的要求：
a） 包含嵌入式ASN. 1编码的值和嵌入式快速信息集文档的ASN. 1 SOAP消息的传送；
b） 快速信息集SOAP消息的传送。本部分还规定了：
一一用于定义Envelope类型（该类型的值对应于ASN. 1 SOAP消息）的ASN.
1 SOAP的ASN. 1模块；
一一ASN. 1 SOAP消息与W3C SOAP消息之间的概念映射（XML信息集定义的一个实例，见W3C SOAP:2003第1部分的第5章）；
一一一种用于处理嵌入式ASN. 1编码值的W3C SOAP处理模型的扩展；
一一ASN. 1 SOAP HTTP绑定为传送ASN. 1 SOAP消息，它是对W3C SOAP HTTP绑定的修改与扩展；
一一对那些使用W3C SOAP HTTP绑定传送串接成快速信息集文档（快速SOAP消息）的W3CSOAP消息的支持；
一一面向SOAP的服务描述，用于定义对快速Web服务的接口及这些服务的语义。
本部分分配了两种多用途互联网邮件扩展（MIME)媒体类型名， 以便标识：
一一采用对齐的基本压缩编码规则编码的ASN. 1 SOAP消息；
一一快速信息集SOAP消息。

Scope

This part of GB/T 32214 specifies messages and encodings for fast web services, used together with methods for describing these services. A protocol that supports fast web services and satisfies the requirements of the SOAP processing model based on: a) the transport of ASN.1 SOAP messages containing embedded ASN.1 encoded values and embedded fast infoset documents; b) fast messages Sets the delivery of SOAP messages. This part also specifies: -- ASN.1 module of ASN.1 SOAP used to define Envelope type (the value of this type corresponds to ASN.1 SOAP message); -- between ASN.1 SOAP message and W3C SOAP message (an instance of the definition of an XML information set, see Chapter 5 of W3C SOAP:2003 Part 1); -- an extension of the W3C SOAP processing model for processing embedded ASN.1 encoded values; -- The ASN.1 SOAP HTTP binding is used to transmit ASN.1 SOAP messages, which is a modification and extension of the W3C SOAP HTTP binding; --For those who use the W3C SOAP HTTP binding to transmit and concatenate into a fast information set document (fast SOAP message ) W3C SOAP message support; -- SOAP-oriented service description, used to define the interface to fast Web services and the semantics of these services. This section assigns two Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) media type names to identify: - ASN.1 SOAP messages encoded using aligned Basic Compression Encoding Rules; - Fast Infoset SOAP messages.
