本标准规定了包括运载火箭、航天器等在内的通用航天结构断裂控制与机械损伤控制的最低要求。
可重复使用运载器可以参照本标准执行。
本标准旨在规范断裂控制技术和机械损伤控制技术在航天结构中的应用,使航天系统在工作和使用过程中达到高水平的可靠性和安全性,保障航天任务的成功。本标准适用于以断裂为主要失效模式的金属、非金属或复合材料结构,以及可能遭受机械损伤并因此而导致承载能力下降、甚至提前失效的复合材料结构。本标准不适用于已知缺陷的处理。
Scope
This standard specifies the minimum requirements for fracture control and mechanical damage control of general aerospace structures including launch vehicles, spacecraft, etc. Reusable carriers can be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard aims to standardize the application of fracture control technology and mechanical damage control technology in aerospace structures, so that the aerospace system can achieve a high level of reliability and safety during work and use, and ensure the success of space missions. This standard applies to metallic, non-metallic or composite structures where fracture is the main failure mode, as well as composite structures that may suffer from mechanical damage and thus lead to a reduction in load-carrying capacity or even premature failure. This standard does not apply to the treatment of known defects.
