《GB/T 32325-2015滚动轴承 深沟球轴承振动(速度)技术条件》由TC98(全国滚动轴承标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
本标准规定了公称外径大于10mm~200mm,外形尺寸符合 GB/T276的0、2、3直径系列深沟球轴承(以下简称轴承)振动(速度)技术要求、测量方法、评定方法和检验规则。
本标准适用于深沟球轴承,其中规定的 V 组是对通用轴承振动(速度)的基本要求,V1、V2、V3、V4组以及 VF3、VF4组适用于对振动(速度)有更高要求的轴承,其中 VF3、VF4组仅适用于公称外径大于10mm~100mm 的轴承。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, measurement methods, evaluation methods and inspection rules for the vibration (velocity) of deep groove ball bearings of diameter series 0, 2, 3 (hereinafter referred to as bearings) with the nominal external diameter greater than 10 mm to 200 mm and the boundary dimensions conforming to GB/T 276.

This standard is applicable to deep groove ball bearings. Group V specified in this standard is the basic requirement for vibration (velocity) of general bearing; Groups V1, V2, V3, V4 and VF3, VF4 are applicable to the bearings with higher vibration (velocity) requirements, and Groups VF3 and VF4 group are only applicable to the bearings with a nominal external diameter of more than 10 mm to 100 mm.
