Scope

This standard stipulates the division of natural secondary forest conversion to cultivation management areas in Northeast China, cultivation objectives, main technical measures for conversion to cultivation, and content and requirements for the investigation and design of cultivation. This standard applies to the three provinces in Northeast China. Inner Mongolia (Eastern) mountainous natural secondary forest conversion.
