《GB/T 32593-2016轨道交通 地面装置 变电所用电力电子变流器》由TC278(全国轨道交通电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会)归口,TC278SC3(全国轨道交通电气设备与系统标准化技术委员会牵引供电分会)执行,主管部门为国家铁路局。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard modifies and adopts IEC 62590:2010, which specifies the technical requirements for power electronic converters in ground power supply devices for rail transit, and is applicable to diode rectifiers, controlled rectifiers, inverters and frequency converters in railway, subway, light rail and other systems.
Comparison of key technical parameters
| Parameter type | Diode rectifier | Controlled rectifier | Inverter |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operating temperature range | -25℃~+40℃ | -25℃~+40℃ | -25℃~+40℃ |
| Short-time withstand current | 1.6×Id (0.15s) | 1.6×Id (0.15s) | According to design value |
| Typical efficiency | ≥98% | 95%-97% | 94%-96% |
Electromagnetic compatibility requirements
According to GB/T 24338 series standards, the converter must meet the following requirements:
- Radiated interference limit: ≤40dBμV/m in the frequency band of 30MHz-1GHz
- Conducted interference limit: ≤79dBμV in the frequency band of 0.15MHz-30MHz
- Electrostatic discharge immunity: ±8kV contact discharge
Note: The test needs to be evaluated together with the matching transformer.
Cooling system design specifications
Typical case: A subway project uses a 12-pulse rectifier with OFAN/OFAF mixed cooling:
- Natural oil circulation cooling (OFAN) is used for loads below 80%
- Forced oil circulation + forced air cooling (OFAF) is used for overload conditions
- Thermal equilibrium time constant ≤ 2 hours
Standard implementation recommendations
Design phase
It is recommended to adopt modular design to meet the requirements of different working levels (I-VII), with special attention to:
- When the altitude is >1000m, the rating must be derated by 1% (natural cooling) or 1.5% (forced cooling) for every 100m
- Environments with pollution level PD3A or above require special protection design
Acceptance test
Must include:
- Short-time overload capability verification (according to the duty level in Table 4)
- Equivalent junction temperature calculation verification (Appendix B method)
- Commutation notch depth test (≤20% of nominal voltage)
