This standard applies to micro-mechanical system accelerometers for seismic exploration.

3. Background and Significance of Standard Formulation

With the rapid development of MEMS technology, micromechanical system accelerometers are increasingly used in seismic exploration, industrial detection and other fields. The formulation of the GB/T32653-2016 standard aims to unify industry technical requirements, standardize product quality, and ensure the reliability and consistency of MEMS accelerometers.

The standard was jointly drafted by Weihai Shuangfeng Electronics Group Co., Ltd., Peking University and Harbin Institute of Technology. It combines the advantages of industry, academia and research and represents the highest level of domestic MEMS technology.

Sensitivity temperature coefficient: The change in sensitivity of the MEMS accelerometer with unit temperature under full-scale conditions. The test needs to cover the range of -40℃~70℃ to ensure the stable performance of the product in extreme environments.
