Case: 1:50000 soil map digitization operation process of a certain area
Step 1: Production of working base map
- Use the scanning vectorization method to ensure that the scanning resolution is ≥300 DPI.
- Perform image enhancement to improve the clarity of soil boundaries.
Step 2: Feature collection and attribute entry
- Plane features (such as soil type and water system) must be closed, and there should be no obvious disconnection in the polygonal boundary.
- Point features (such as soil profile points) are manually positioned to ensure that the position deviation is ≤0.1mm.
- Attribute data is entered according to the structure of Table 3, including code, name, classification information, etc.
Step 3: Quality control and inspection
