《GB/T 32902-2016具有自动重合闸功能的剩余电流保护断路器(CBAR)》由TC189(全国低压电器标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国电器工业协会。
Introduction
Core interpretation of the standard
This standard defines two types of CBARs: integrated type (integrated structure) and assembled type (combination of independent devices), which are further subdivided into two working modes: time-delay type (TD) and monitoring type (M). Key requirements include:
- Reclosing function is prohibited for circuit breakers with rated residual operating current range of 0.05A-30A and ≤0.03A
- TD type only allows 1 automatic reclosing, M type up to 3 times and leakage current monitoring
- The reclosing function must be locked after overload/short circuit action
Comparison of key technical parameters
| Project | TD type CBAR | M type CBAR |
|---|---|---|
| Reclosing delay | Fixed delay of 20-60 seconds | Dynamically adjusted according to IΔar |
| Monitoring mode | No monitoring | Voltage≤25V or current≤1mA |
| Maximum number of actions | 1 time | 3 times |
Safety protection requirements
The standard specifically emphasizes:
- Monitoring CBAR must achieve safety monitoring through an isolation transformer or current limiting device
- All types must pass 2000m altitude, -5℃~+40℃ environment verification
- Electromagnetic compatibility must meet GB/T 17626 series 4 level immunity requirements
Typical application scenarios: Unmanned places such as communication base stations and traffic signal systems need to pass 6kV impulse withstand voltage and alternating damp heat tests.
Test verification system
The standard specifies 11 type test procedures, including:
- 500 mechanical operation cycles (1/3 with residual current)
- Ics/Icu short-circuit breaking capacity verification
- 6-day alternating damp heat test
- 8kV electrostatic discharge immunity
Conventional tests need to verify the durability of the sign (water/solvent wipe test) and the automatic locking function.
