Technology evolution analysis

This standard systematically integrates NIST SP800-22 and national secret algorithm requirements for the first time, and innovatively proposes approximate entropy detection and Maurer general statistical detection methods, and improves detection accuracy by introducing incomplete gamma function (igamc) and residual error function (erfc).
