《GB/T 32965-2016钢渣中金属回收处理技术规范》由TC183(全国钢标准化技术委员会)归口,TC183SC18(全国钢标准化技术委员会冶金固废资源分会)执行,主管部门为中国钢铁工业协会。
Introduction
1. Background and significance of standard formulation
With the rapid development of my country's steel industry, the amount of steel slag produced has increased year by year. Steel slag contains a large amount of metal resources. Efficient recovery of steel slag not only helps to recycle resources, but also reduces environmental pollution. GB/T 32965-2016 "Technical Specification for Recovery and Treatment of Metals in Steel Slag" came into being, providing a scientific technical basis and standardized guidance for the recovery and treatment of metals in steel slag.
2. Comparative analysis of standard frameworks
| Dimensions | Dry treatment process | Wet treatment process |
|---|---|---|
| Process principle | Direct crushing, grinding and screening, magnetic separation of metals | Wet crushing and grinding, combined with magnetic separation and gravity separation |
| Applicable scenarios | Suitable for large-scale slag treatment | Suitable for occasions requiring water recycling |
| Advantages and disadvantages | Simple equipment, low cost; but high water consumption | High recovery efficiency and high resource utilization; but the process is complex and the investment is high |
3. Process flow and technical requirements
Dry treatment process:
- The raw materials are transported to the mill for crushing, grinding and screening.
- The screened material is separated into high-grade slag steel by a magnetic separator, and the non-magnetic part is steel tailings.
- The screened material is magnetically separated to obtain magnetically separated steel slag powder, which meets the quality requirements of GB/T 30897, GB/T 30898 and GB/T 30899.
Wet treatment process:
- The raw materials are crushed by wet grinding and then screened.
- The high-grade slag steel is separated by magnetic separation of the oversize material, and the non-magnetic part is returned to the mill for further processing.
- The undersize material is re-selected to obtain medium-grade magnetic separation slag steel powder, and the tailings liquid is concentrated and filtered to form low-grade tailings mud, and the water is recycled.
4. Environmental protection and resource utilization
The standard clearly stipulates the requirements for dust emission, noise control and tailings mud treatment:
- Dust emission must comply with GB 22864 "Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants".
- Noise source devices must comply with GB 12348 "Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprises".
- Tailings mud should be comprehensively developed and utilized to avoid random stacking and abandonment.
5. Implementation Suggestions
To ensure the effective implementation of the standard:
- Process selection:Choose dry or wet process according to the actual situation of the enterprise, and give priority to wet process with high resource utilization.
- Equipment selection:Select mills, magnetic separators and filtering equipment that meet technical requirements to ensure stable equipment performance.
- Staff training:Strengthen technical training of operators and improve the level of standardized operation.
- Environmental protection measures:Strictly control dust, noise and tailings sludge emissions in accordance with standard requirements to ensure that the environment meets the standards.
