Scope

This standard specifies the ultrasonic flaw detection method for copper and copper alloy rods. This standard applies to the A-type pulsed longitudinal wave reflection method for round, rectangular, square and regular hexagonal copper alloy rods with a diameter or side distance of 10 mm to 280 mm, and for round, rectangular, square and regular hexagonal copper alloy rods with a diameter or side distance of 10 mm to 80 mm. Ultrasonic flaw detection of hexagonal copper rods.
