Introduction

1. Background and purpose of the standard

GB/T33235-2016 "Test method for anti-hail impact of glass reflectors for solar thermal power generation" is China's first standard for the anti-hail impact performance of glass reflectors for solar thermal power generation. The standard was issued on December 13, 2016 and officially implemented on November 1, 2017.

2. Scope of application of the standard

This standard is applicable to the anti-hail impact performance test of glass reflectors for solar thermal power generation, and is also applicable to the anti-hail impact performance test of glass reflectors for concentrated photovoltaic power generation and other types of glass reflectors.

3. Comparison table of standard frameworks

Standard dimensions Test conditions Test equipment and apparatus Sample processing Result expression
Temperature control 20℃±5℃ Freezer and storage container in accordance with IEC61215:2005 requirements Sample installation method is consistent with actual conditions Record surface conditions after impact
Air pressure range 8.60×10⁴Pa~1.06×10⁵Pa Emitter speed accuracy ±2% The location of the sample impact point is shown in Figure 2 The test result includes information such as ice ball diameter and mass
Humidity requirements 40%~80% Speedometer accuracy ±2% The impact point deviation is no more than 10mm The report includes information such as the tester and date

4. Implementation suggestions and precautions

Implementation suggestions:

  • Prepare the ice ball strictly in accordance with the standard requirements to ensure that its diameter and mass meet the requirements.
  • Select appropriate test equipment and instruments to ensure that the transmitter accuracy is within the range of ±2%.
  • In actual testing, please ensure that the sample installation method is consistent with the actual application to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
