《GB/T 33584.5-2017海水冷却水质要求及分析检测方法 第5部分:溶解固形物的测定》由TC283(全国海洋标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为自然资源部(海洋)。
Introduction
1. Background and overview of the standard
GB/T 33584 "Quality requirements and analytical testing methods for seawater cooling water" is divided into six parts, of which Part 5 is specifically for the determination of dissolved solids. This standard was proposed by the State Oceanic Administration and is managed by the National Technical Committee for Marine Standardization. The main drafting units of this part include the Tianjin Seawater Desalination and Comprehensive Utilization Research Institute of the State Oceanic Administration, Zhejiang Guohua Zhejiang Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Tanggu Zhonghai Anticorrosion Technology Development Co., Ltd.
2. Principle of the determination method of dissolved solids
This standard adopts the gravimetric method for determination. The specific steps are: filter the seawater cooling water and dry it to constant weight, and the solid residue is the dissolved solids. This method has high accuracy and repeatability, and is suitable for dissolved solids in the range of $10~\mathrm{g/L}$ to $100~\mathrm{g/L}$.
3. Standard Framework Comparison Table
| Item | Unit | Allowed Value |
|---|---|---|
| Calcium Ion (Ca²+) | mg/L | ≤1000 |
| Magnesium Ion (Mg²+) | mg/L | ≤3200 |
| Zinc Ion (Zn²+) | mg/L | ≤2 |
| Chloride (CI-) | mg/L | ≤42000 |
| Sulfate (SO²-) | mg/L | 0009 |
| Dissolved Solids | g/L | ≤100 |
| Heterotrophic Bacteria | CFU/mL | ≤5.0X105 |
4. Implementation Suggestions and Precautions
In actual application, personnel using this standard should have laboratory work experience and strictly abide by safety and health regulations. The following are some implementation suggestions:
- Reagent Preparation: Ensure that all chemical reagents are of analytical grade and prepare sodium carbonate solution (20 g/L) according to standard requirements.
- Instrument calibration:Use volumetric flasks and pipettes that meet the requirements of GB/T12806 and GB/T12808, and calibrate the instrument regularly.
- Operation specification:Avoid sample contamination or loss during evaporation and drying. Especially for high-concentration samples (>50 g/L), the sampling volume can be appropriately reduced.
