Optical system design

Standard requirements: The geometric parameters of the collimation tube must meet the following requirements:

  • Half-opening angle θ: 2.5°±0.1°
  • Bevel angle δ: 1°±0.1°

Environmental adaptability requirements

According to Appendix A, the instrument must pass the following rigorous tests:

  1. Temperature cycle: -10℃→40℃ (5K/h change rate)
  2. Alternating damp heat: 12h cycle (40℃/95%RH)
  3. Low pressure test: 450hPa for 4 hours

  1. Check the cleanliness of the quartz window daily (wipe with anhydrous ethanol)

  3. Check the coating integrity of the sensing surface every quarter (blackness coefficient change ≤3%)
