《GB/T 33708.2-2025直流电能测量设备 第2部分:间接接入静止式电能表(0.2级、0.5级和1级)》由TC104(全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会)归口,TC104SC1(全国电工仪器仪表标准化技术委员会电能测量和控制分会)执行,主管部门为中国机械工业联合会。
Scope
This document specifies the type test requirements and test methods for newly manufactured indirect-access static DC energy meters (hereinafter referred to as "meters") that measure DC energy in a DC power grid and have an accuracy class of 0.2, 0.5, and 1. Note 1: Indirect-access meters include two types: voltage and current indirect-access and current indirect-access. Note 2: The meters covered in this document are used to measure DC energy in the following areas or similar applications: in electric vehicle (EV) charging stations or EV charging infrastructure (e.g., when measuring on the DC side); in information technology (IT) server clusters; in low-voltage DC networks in residential or commercial areas (e.g., when measuring on the DC side); in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems that measure DC power generation; and at DC power supply points in public transportation networks (e.g., trolleybuses). This document applies to the following electrical energy measuring devices: DC electrical energy measuring devices with a voltage not exceeding 1500V; Note 3: For instruments indirectly connected via a DC sensor (voltage divider), if the rated input voltage of the voltage divider is greater than 1500V, only the measuring device is considered a low-voltage measuring device, and the combined device consisting of the DC sensor and the measuring device is not considered a low-voltage measuring device. Instruments using integrated or separate indicators, or instruments without indicators; instruments where all functional units (including additional modules) are encapsulated in the same housing or form a separate housing, except for the indicator; instruments mounted on a matching socket or rack. - Instruments where electrical energy measurement is a mandatory function, and additional functions are optional. Note 4: Additional functions typically included in energy meters, such as voltage, current, power, power quality parameter measurement, and other forms of parameter measurement interfaces such as water, gas, and heat, as well as load control and communication data interfaces, are not covered by this document. This document does not apply to: instruments with a nominal voltage exceeding 1500V; electromechanical instruments; portable instruments; Note 5: Portable instruments refer to instruments that are not permanently connected. Instruments for locomotives, rolling stock, ships, and aircraft; laboratory and instrument testing equipment; DC standard energy meters; data interfaces for instrument registers; matching sockets or racks for mounting instruments; and other additional functions provided in the instruments. ...
