GB/T 3402《塑料 氯乙烯均聚和共聚树脂》分为两个部分:――第1部分:命名体系和规范基椽―第2部分:试样制备和性能测定本部分为GB/T 3402的第1部分。本部分修改采用ISO 1060―1:1998(E)《塑料 氯乙烯均聚和共聚树脂第1部分:命名体系和规范基捶(英文版)。
Scope
This part of GB/T 3402 establishes a nomenclature system for vinyl chloride thermoplastic resins that can be used as the basis for the specification. Types of vinyl chloride plastics are distinguished from each other by a classification system based on appropriate ranges of property values: a) viscosity number b) apparent density c) sieve residue at 63 μm mesh d) plasticizer absorption at room temperature (only For general-purpose resins and filled resins) e) Viscosity and rheological type of standard pastes (only for paste resins) and according to relevant base polymer parameters, polymerization process and intended application. This section applies to vinyl chloride homopolymer or vinyl chloride as the main component and one or more other monomers formed binary or multi-polymer powder resin. The resin may contain small amounts of non-polymerizable substances (such as emulsifiers or dispersants, residual initiators, etc.), and other substances added during polymerization. Materials with the same designation do not necessarily have the same properties, and this section does not provide engineering data, performance data, or processing condition data required for resins to be used in a particular application or processing method. If these additional properties are required, they shall, if appropriate, be determined in accordance with the test methods specified in the relevant standard. To specify a resin for a particular application, or to ensure processing of importance, additional requirements may be given in Characteristic Element 5 (see Chapter 3 introductory paragraph).
