《GB/T 34370.9-2020游乐设施无损检测 第9部分:漏磁检测》由TC250(全国索道与游乐设施标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the application specifications of the magnetic flux leakage detector in the ferromagnetic components of amusement facilities, focusing on:
- Steel pipes with an outer diameter ≥38mm and a wall thickness ≤20mm
- Steel plates with a thickness ≤20mm
- Steel wire ropes/cables with a diameter ≥6mm
Analysis of key technical points
| Detection objects | Sensitivity requirements | Typical defects |
|---|---|---|
| Steel pipes/plates | Can detect 20% wall thickness defects | Corrosion pits, mechanical damage, cracks |
| Wire rope | Detect 1 broken wire or 1% cross-sectional area loss | Broken wire, metal cross-sectional area loss |
Key requirements of the detection system
Equipment composition
The complete detection system should include:
- Magnetization unit (magnetization intensity ≥30kA/m)
- Hall sensor array (resolution ≤0.5mm)
- Signal processing system (sampling rate ≥100kHz)
Calibration specifications
Three types of standard test pieces are required:
- Calibration specimen: containing 20%-80% wall thickness step groove
- Comparison specimen: with spherical artificial defects
- On-site verification specimen: the same material as the inspected piece
Implementation suggestions
Detection process design
It is recommended to adopt the orthogonal scanning strategy:
- Axial + circumferential dual-channel detection
- Scanning speed ≤0.5m/s (manual) or ≤3m/s (automatic)
- Coverage ≥110% (including 10% overlap)
Defect assessment process
- Preliminary screening: signal threshold alarm
- Verification: 90° direction rescan
- Quantitative: ultrasonic/radio-assisted measurement
Analysis of Standard Evolution
Main improvements compared with the previous version of the standard:
- Added technical requirements for wire rope testing
- Specified the dual modes of LMA (metal loss assessment) and LF (magnetic flux leakage testing)
- Refined the manufacturing tolerance of the comparison specimen (±0.2mm)
