Rigid polyvinyl chloride flooring
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, product sign, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rigid polyvinyl chloride flooring.
This standard is applicable to flooring which is mainly made of polyvinyl chloride resin sheets and are used for indoor floor laying after surface lamination.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

the flooring laminated of composite layers of polyvinyl chloride and other components and materials

surface
the upper flat side of the flooring
3.3
wear layer thickness
the thickness of the wear-resistant layer on the surface
3.4
total thickness
the total thickness of the flooring
3.5
locking flooring
the flooring with tongue and groove
3.6
non-locking flooring
the flooring without tongue and groove
3.7
tongue
the protruding part on one side of the locking flooring for splicing
3.8
groove
the concave part on the other side of the locking flooring for splicing
4 Classification
4.1 Classification by usage
4.1.1 Household level
Household level 21 (21), household level 22 (22), household level 22+ (22+) and household level 23 (23).
4.1.2 Commercial level
Commercial level 31 (31), commercial level 32 (32), commercial level 33 (33) and commercial level 34 (34).
4.1.3 Light industry level
Light industry level 41 (41), light industry level 42 (42) and light industry level 43 (43).
4.2 Classification by wear layer
Level T, level P, level M and level F.
4.3 Classification by installation method
Locking flooring and non-locking flooring.
