GB/T 34576-2017 specifies the design and manufacturing requirements of steam turbines in gas-steam combined cycle systems, focusing on the following technical features:

2. Key performance indicators

Clause 4.2 stipulates that the output power assessment must be carried out under terminal parameters, and the test can refer to the ASME PTC6.2 standard. The IAPWS-IF97 international steam table is recommended for steam characteristic calculation.

Table 1 of the standard specifies the regulator characteristics of turbines of different power levels:
