This standard systematically specifies the technical requirements for inspection and repair of the refrigeration unit and container structure of steel refrigerated containers, and is applicable to mechanical refrigerated containers defined in GB/T7392. The standard technical framework includes:

Typical maintenance case analysis

Case 1: Corner column patching repair

According to the requirements of 6.3.13.4:

  1. The minimum size of the patch block is 150mm, and the distance from the corner piece weld is ≥300mm
  2. The same grade of high-strength steel as the original material is used (yield strength ≥340MPa)
  3. A 30° groove is required for welding, and full-section replacement is prohibited

Case 2: T-type bottom plate repair

According to 6.3.17:

  • The web insertion depth of the I-shaped patch block is ≥13mm
  • The top wing plate welding requires a 90° groove and is polished smooth
  • A 50mm aluminum liner is required for partial replacement
