Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
| Technical dimensions | Smooth automatic door | Revolving automatic door | Hinged automatic door | Folding automatic door |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Maximum operating speed (mm/s) | Single leaf ≤500 Double leaf ≤400 | Linear speed ≤300 | ≤300 | ≤350 |
| Hazardous area range | Closing direction 500mm×200mm | Both sides of the leaf wing 200mm | 500mm×200mm | 500mm×200mm |
| Wind resistance | 10m/s normal opening and closing | 20m/s normal opening and closing | According to engineering design value | According to engineering design value |
Key performance indicator requirements
1. Safety protection system
The standard establishes a three-level protection mechanism: primary hazard area (pinching injury), secondary hazard area (impact injury) and electrical safety requirements. The sensor system must meet the following requirements:
- Sensor blind area ≤ 200mm
- Dual beam configuration of through-beam sensor (150-300mm/1100-1200mm)
- Pressure-sensitive sensor trigger force ≤ 220N
2. Dynamic impact force control
Through the force-time curve specification (see Figure 6):
| Gap distance | Dynamic impact force limit | Action time |
|---|---|---|
| 200mm | ≤400N | Td≤0.75s Tt≤5s |
| 300mm | ≤700N | |
| 500mm | ≤1400N |
Implementation points and typical cases
Revolving door safety upgrade plan
When a commercial complex uses two-wing revolving automatic doors, according to the requirements of standard 7.5.8.3:
- Add a presence sensor (IP54 protection) to the front frame
- Set a pressure-sensitive strip (height ≥2000mm) on the right frame of the entrance and exit
- The braking distance is controlled within the sensor compression range
Anti-pinch finger modification for swing doors
For schoolsSwing automatic doors, implement clause 7.5.4:
- Install rubber sheaths (Shore hardness 70±5) in the hinge area
- Adjust the door frame gap to 8mm or above 25mm
- Install presence sensor on the lower support
Standard evolution and technological innovation
This standard unifies the technical requirements of four types of automatic doors for the first time, with the following major breakthroughs:
- Introducing a quantitative evaluation method for dynamic impact force-time curve
- Establishing a three-dimensional protection model for hazardous areas (space + time dimensions)
- Adding requirements for electromagnetic compatibility (GB 4343.1) and barrier-free design
Maintenance management specifications
According to the requirements of Chapter 11, the recommended maintenance cycle is:
| Item | Frequency | Testing tools |
|---|---|---|
| Sensor sensitivity | Monthly | Standard test box |
| Impact force test | Quarterly | Dynamometer (±1N) |
| Full system inspection | Semi-annual | Professional testing equipment |
