1 Scope

This standard specifies terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules as well as identification, packaging, transportation and storage of surface decorated plywood and blockboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resins.

This standard is applicable to surface decorated plywood and blockboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resins.

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 18259-2009 and the following apply. For the convenience of use, some terms and definitions in GB/T 18259-2009 are listed below.

4 Classification

4.1 Classification by substrate:

——the surface decorated plywood with paper impregnated thermosetting resins;

——the surface decorated blockboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resins.

4.2 Classification by decorated surface:

——the surface decorated plywood and blockboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resins with single decorated surface;

——the surface decorated plywood and blockboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resins with double decorated surface;

5.1 Grading

According to the appearance quality, surface decorated plywood and blockboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resins are divided into superior products, first-grade products and qualified products.
