This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Agricultural Meteorology Standardization (SAC/TC 539), and aims to provide real-time and targeted soybean water-saving irrigation services, alleviate the shortage of agricultural water resources, and improve the efficiency of water use in farmland.
