Introduction

In-depth interpretation of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 34919—2017

Standard Dimensions Specific Requirements Implementation Points
Sequence of Inspection of Test Materials and Samples The inspection of test materials and samples shall be carried out in sequence according to the analysis formation method, judgment inspection conditions, and analysis comparison conditions. It is necessary to ensure that both the test materials and samples have sufficient characteristics for subsequent comparative inspection.
Printing method classification Including various printing methods such as dot matrix, inkjet, laser, etc., each method has its own unique identification characteristics. It is recommended to select the appropriate analysis method based on the characteristics of the specific case.
Feature extraction and cause analysis Extract features through direct observation, microscopic observation and other methods, and analyze their causes to evaluate the value of features. It is recommended to record all valuable detailed features for subsequent comparison.

Explanation of professional terms and practical application cases

Determination of dot matrix printing files:By analyzing the font library, line spacing and other features, comprehensively determine whether it is dot matrix printing.

Case:In a case, the sample showed obvious traces of serial connection dislocation and special font features. Combined with the ribbon component analysis, it was finally confirmed to be the output of a dot matrix printer.

Judgement of inkjet printed files: Focus on white strokes, ink dot splashes and other phenomena.

Case: In a case, the sample showed obvious ink dot deviation and edge roughness. Combined with the analysis of ink composition, it was confirmed to be an inkjet printed file.

Judgement of laser printed files: Focus on characteristics such as toner particle distribution and photosensitive drum specifications.

Case: In a case, the sample showed periodic white lines. Combined with the analysis of the circumference of the fixing roller, it was confirmed to be a laser printed file.
