《GB/T 3520-2008石墨细度试验方法》由609(中国建筑材料联合会)归口,TC406(全国非金属矿产品及制品标准化技术委员会)执行,主管部门为中国建筑材料联合会。
本标准1983年首次发布,1995年第一次修订,本版为第二次修订。
本标准规定了石墨产品细度的试验方法。
本标准适用于38μm~500μm鳞片石墨与微晶石墨产品的细度试验。
本标准代替GB/T 3521-1995《石墨细度检验方法》。与GB/T 3521-1995相比,本标准做了如下修改:
―――将1995版引用标准中“GB 6003”修改为“GB/T 6003.1 金属丝编织网试验筛”;
―――将1995版“方法原理概要”编入本版“方法概述”中;
―――增加了旋转气流筛原理图;
―――增加了两种标准筛的规格要求;
―――将1995版“筛检方法(一)、筛检方法(二)”修改为“负压筛析法、振筛机法”
―――增加了负压筛析法中筛分时间按标准筛筛孔尺寸确定;
―――将1995版筛检方法(一)中的试验用样量5g修改为10g;
―――将1995版5.1.1和5.2.1的设备、仪器的英文序号修改为数字序号;
―――增加了术语“筛分终点”和“细度”的英文。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the test method for fineness of graphite products.

This standard is applicable to the fineness test of flake graphite and microcrystalline graphite products of 38 μm to 500 μm.
