Introduction
1. Background and significance of standard formulation
With the rapid development of coastal tourism, marine sports have gradually become an important recreational activity for tourists. However, due to factors such as complex sea conditions and a large number of participants, the demand for marine sports rescue services has become increasingly prominent. In order to standardize rescue services and protect the lives and property of tourists, the national standard GB/T 35557-2017 "Specifications for Marine Sports Rescue Services in Coastal Scenic Spots" came into being. This standard clarifies the requirements for rescue organizations, personnel, facilities and equipment, service management and processes, and provides an important basis for improving the safety of marine sports in my country's coastal scenic spots.
2. Comparative analysis of standard frameworks
| Standard dimensions | Specific requirements | Differences from the old standards | Key points for implementation |
|---|---|---|---|

| Rescue personnel | Including marine lifeguards, medical personnel, etc., all must be certified and have first aid skills. | Strengthened the requirements for the qualifications and skills training of medical personnel. | Organize training and drills regularly to ensure the professionalism of the team. |
| Rescue facilities and equipment | Including lifeboats, medical equipment, communication equipment, etc., must comply with relevant national standards. | Detailed equipment standards and management requirements for various types of facilities. | Perform regular inspections and maintenance to ensure that equipment is available at any time. |
3. Implementation Suggestions
Establish and improve the rescue service system: Coastal scenic spots should formulate detailed rescue plans based on their own characteristics and actual needs, and conduct regular drills. The plans should include organizational structure, division of responsibilities, emergency response procedures, etc.
Strengthen personnel training: In addition to professional skills training for marine lifeguards and medical personnel, basic first aid knowledge should be popularized for all employees to ensure that they can respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
Improve the configuration of facilities and equipment: According to national standards, scenic spots should be equipped with necessary rescue facilities and equipment, and regularly inspect and maintain them. In particular, key equipment such as lifeboats and fire-fighting equipment must always be kept available.
Strengthen information management: Establish a complete marine sports rescue information platform to ensure unimpeded information transmission. At the same time, use electronic monitoring facilities to monitor sea conditions and tourist activities in real time, so as to achieve early detection, early warning, and early disposal.
