5.2 Paper and paperboard: Neutral or alkaline sizing materials should be used, and the pH value of the cold water extract should be within the range of 7.5~10.0. In particular, the Kappa value of the paperboard should be ≤5.0.

5.3 Textiles: The outer fabric should be acid-free, preferably cotton or silk, and the pH value of the water extract should be no less than 7.0.
