Introduction

1. Standard Overview

GB/T 36102-2018 "Tinned Copper Clad Steel Wire for Electronic Products" specifies the classification and model, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, product marking, transportation and storage of tinned copper clad steel wire. This standard is applicable to tinned copper clad steel wire for electronic products based on copper clad steel wire.

2. Comparison of standard frameworks

Standard dimensions GB/T 36102—2018 SJ/T 11411—2010 Comparative analysis
Classification and model Tinned copper clad steel wire is divided into four categories according to nominal conductivity and soft and hard states: 30A, 30H, 40A, and 40H. Unspecified classification requirements GB/T 36102 has added detailed requirements for plating and solderability, which complements SJ/T 11411.
Diameter deviation Nominal diameter and deviation are shown in Table 1, with high precision requirements. Diameter deviation requirements are not specified GB/T 36102 has stricter regulations on diameter deviation to ensure product consistency.
Tensile strength and elongation Different categories and nominal diameters have different requirements, and the maximum DC resistivity is shown in Table 2. Tensile strength and elongation are not specified in detail GB/T 36102 adds clear regulations on tensile strength and elongation at break to ensure mechanical properties.

3. Implementation Suggestions

3.1 Quality Control Process

In order to ensure that the quality of tinned copper-clad steel wire meets the requirements of GB/T 36102, it is recommended to take the following quality control measures:

  1. Raw material inspection: Strictly inspect the copper-clad steel wire and tin materials to ensure that their chemical composition and physical properties meet the requirements.
  2. Process monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the coating thickness, uniformity and adhesion during the tinning process to avoid defects.
  3. Final inspection test: Conduct DC resistivity, tensile strength, repeated bending and other tests according to the test methods specified in the standard.
  4. Packaging and labeling: Ensure that each cable is correctly marked with the model, specification and production date, and take moisture-proof measures.

3.2 Technology Upgrade Suggestions

In order to improve product quality and technical level, it is recommended that enterprises:

  • Introduce automated testing equipment to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Optimize the plating process, reduce the use of tin consumables, and reduce costs.
  • Strengthen employee training to ensure that operators are familiar with standard requirements and technical details.
