The National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 36294—2018 "Guidelines for the Classification of Archives of Pumped Storage Power Generation Enterprises" is an important standard specifically for the archives management of pumped storage power generation enterprises. The file number is composed of year, category number, and retention period (or file number/project code), as follows:
