《GB/T 36594-2018硬质合金超声检测方法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC4(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会粉末冶金分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
Introduction
1. Standard Overview
This standard specifies the method of ultrasonic longitudinal wave testing of cemented carbide using the A-type ultrasonic pulse reflection contact method, which is applicable to cemented carbide products with a height of $10.0\mathrm{mm} \sim 380.0\mathrm{mm}$ or rods with a diameter of not less than $6.0\mathrm{mm}$.
2. Background of Standard Formulation
This standard is managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Nonferrous Metals, and the main drafting units include Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Co., Ltd., Nanchang Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd., etc. The formulation of the standard is based on many years of industry practical experience and aims to unify the technical requirements and operating specifications for ultrasonic testing of cemented carbide.
3. Comparison of detection method frameworks
| Detection content | Technical requirements | Implementation points |
|---|---|---|
| Detection equipment calibration | Ultrasonic detector performance test, probe frequency selection | Regularly calibrate the equipment to ensure that the sensitivity meets the requirements |
| Detection sensitivity setting | Use comparison test blocks to determine the starting sensitivity | Refer to Table 4 data for adjustment |
| Defect assessment | Determine the defect level according to the reflection wave height | Perform qualitative analysis based on the DAC curve |
4. Implementation Suggestions
Personnel training:Inspectors must obtain ultrasonic testing qualification of level II or above and participate in technical training regularly.
Equipment maintenance:Regularly calibrate the ultrasonic detector and probe combination to ensure its stable performance.
Environmental control:Avoid interference factors such as high temperature and humidity to ensure the stability of the testing site.
Record management:Fill in the test report in a standardized manner, including the location, size and distribution of defects.
