本部分适用于拟连接到由频率为100Hz及以下的单相系统供电的异步电动机绕组的电动机电容器，以及与三相异步电动机连接从而使这种电动机可以由单相系统来供电的电容器。
本部分适用于浸渍或不浸渍的电容器。这些电容器用纸、塑料薄膜或两者复合作介质，采用金属化或金属箔电极，额定电压为660V及以下。电动机起动电容器将纳入GB/T 3667.2中。
Scope
This standard applies to motor capacitors intended to be connected to the windings of asynchronous motors supplied by single-phase systems at frequencies up to and including 100 Hz, and to capacitors connected to three-phase asynchronous motors so that such motors can be supplied by single-phase systems. This section applies to impregnated or non-impregnated capacitors. These capacitors use paper, plastic film or both as dielectrics, use metallized or metal foil electrodes, and have a rated voltage of 660V or less. Motor starting capacitors will be included in GB/T 3667.2.
