Analysis of the core content of the standard

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the air enthalpy method test device in the performance test of equipment such as air conditioners and heat exchangers, covering the accuracy indicators of key measuring instruments such as platinum resistance and thermocouple.

Key innovation points

1. Standardized measurement method: For the first time, the calculation formula for the nozzle flow coefficient of the enthalpy difference method test device was unified (see Appendix C), and the iterative method was used to ensure the calculation accuracy.

2. Dynamic control requirements: It is stipulated that the temperature fluctuation during the stable judgment period must be controlled within ±0.3℃ (Table 2), which is 20% more accurate than the old standard.


Implementation suggestions

  1. Regularly check the sealing of the air volume measurement device (Appendix F), the recommended cycle is ≤1 year
  2. When inspecting the electric heating calibration device, ΔT should be ensured to be within the range of 15~20℃ (Appendix E)
  3. Humidity measurement requires daily replacement of wet-bulb gauze and use of distilled water
