Introduction

Standard framework and technological evolution

As a supporting standard for GB/T 26557-2011 "Construction elevators for both passengers and cargo with vertically guided cages", this standard has established for the first time a safety monitoring technology system covering the entire life cycle of construction elevators. Compared with GB/T 28264-2017 "Safety Monitoring and Management System for Lifting Machinery", technological breakthroughs are achieved in the following aspects:

4.1 System architecture requirements

The system should adopt a modular design, including 9 major functional units:

  1. Information acquisition unit: It needs to be configured with height/speed/weight sensors, with a comprehensive error of ≤2%
  2. Alarm unit: Secondary early warning mechanism (load 0.95G triggers yellow light, 1.1G triggers red light shutdown)
