Introduction

Overview of unattended substation monitoring system

Unattended substation monitoring system is an important component for realizing remote monitoring and management in power system. This standard specifies the overall requirements, structural configuration, functional requirements and performance indicators of the system, aiming to ensure the efficient operation and safety of the system in unattended mode.

System structure and configuration

System level Equipment configuration Function description
Station control layer Monitoring host, data communication gateway, integrated application server, etc. Responsible for data processing, operation monitoring and remote control of the whole station.
Interval layer Measurement and control device Collect information of primary and secondary equipment to realize real-time control function.
Process layer Merge unit, intelligent terminal Digital sampling and network tripping, support protection and measurement and control.

Functional requirements analysis

Data collection and processing

The system needs to realize real-time collection of power grid operation information, including current, voltage, active power and other parameters. Data processing should support logical operations and arithmetic operations, and have bad data detection function.


Safety protection and performance indicators

The monitoring system must comply with the "Electric Power Monitoring System Safety Protection Regulations" to achieve network partitioning, horizontal isolation and vertical authentication. System performance requirements include high-precision measurement (such as current and voltage measurement accuracy ≤0.2%) and fast response time (such as remote control execution response time ≤1s).

Implementation suggestions

  1. Hardware selection: Give priority to equipment that meets the DL/T series standards to ensure compatibility and reliability.
  2. Network security: Deploy hardware firewalls and forward and reverse safety isolation devices to ensure system information security.
  3. Function verification: Verify whether functions such as direct alarm transmission and remote browsing meet the standards through actual application cases.
