《GB/T 37560-2019阻燃化学品 氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐中三聚氰胺和氰尿酸的测定》由TC63(全国化学标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
Introduction
1. Background and significance of the standard
GB/T 37560-2019 "Determination of melamine and cyanuric acid in flame retardant chemicals melamine cyanurate salt" is an important standard for the field of flame retardant chemicals, which aims to standardize the application of liquid chromatography external standard quantitative method in the determination of melamine and cyanuric acid content. This standard is managed by the National Technical Committee for Chemical Standardization, filling the gap in the industry and providing a scientific basis for the quality control of related products.
2. Comparison of standard frameworks
| Standard dimensions | Old standard | New standard (GB/T 37560—2019) |
|---|---|---|
| Scope of application | Limited to the detection of specific flame retardants | Applicable to the determination of melamine and cyanuric acid in all flame retardant chemicals |
| Determination method | Mainly relies on spectrophotometry | Introduction of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) |
| Accuracy requirements | ±5% error range | Increase to ±3%, and increase the number of parallel tests |
3. Interpretation of the determination method
3.1 Determination of melamine content
According to the standard, the determination of melamine adopts the liquid chromatography external standard quantitative method. The steps include: high temperature dissolution, filtration treatment and liquid chromatography analysis. Use liquid chromatograph, equipped with a UV detector, a C18 reverse phase column as the chromatographic column, 240nm as the detection wavelength, and the flow rate is set to 1.0mL/min.
3.2 Determination of cyanuric acid content
Similar to the determination of melamine, but different buffer solutions (disodium hydrogen phosphate and tetrabutylammonium bromide) and a detection wavelength of 220nm are used. The mobile phase is a mixture of ion pair reagent buffer and acetonitrile in a ratio of 92:8.
3.3 Data Analysis
The standard curve is established through the relationship between peak area and mass concentration, and the calculation formula is as follows:
X = ((ρ - ρ₀) × V) / (m × 1000000) × 100%4. Implementation Suggestions
To ensure the accuracy and consistency of the measurement results, it is recommended that:
- Strictly control the purity of reagents and water quality. It is recommended to use high-purity water for instrument analysis specified in GB/T33087.
- Regularly calibrate instruments and equipment, especially key components of liquid chromatographs.
- Operators must receive professional training and be familiar with the hazardous chemical handling requirements involved in the standard.
