Introduction
Interpretation of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the technical requirements for 31 types of corrosion-resistant alloy forgings, including NS3101-NS4101, and is applicable to the manufacture of key components in the fields of petrochemicals, nuclear power, etc. The standard unifies the specifications of iron-nickel-based and nickel-based alloy forgings for the first time, reflecting the maturity of my country's corrosion-resistant alloy forging technology.

Key points of chemical composition control
The standard adopts a dual control mechanism:
- The basic composition meets the smelting analysis requirements of Table 3-4
- The finished product deviation complies with the provisions of GB/T 15007-2017
Special element control case: NS3304 requires a Mo content of 12.5-13.5%, and the fluctuation can be controlled within ±0.3% through AOD refining.
Key parameters of forging process
- Forging ratio: ingot ≥3, rolled product ≥1.6 (6.3 clause)
- Heat treatment system: solution temperature 1000-1250℃ (Table 5 Note)
- Grain size control: specific grades require ≥Grade 5 (6.8 clause)
Typical application: In the manufacturing of chemical pump shafts for NS3102 forgings, a step heating process is required to avoid thermal cracks.
