《GB/T 37995-2019风力发电机组主传动链系统橡胶密封圈》由TC35(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会)归口,TC35SC3(全国橡胶与橡胶制品标准化技术委员会密封制品分会)执行,主管部门为中国石油和化学工业联合会。
Introduction
Analysis of the core content of the standard
This standard specifies the full life cycle technical requirements for rubber seals used in the main drive chain system of wind turbines, and is applicable to five types of seals with shaft diameters of 400mm to 3920mm:
- Non-protective lip rotating shaft lip seal (NPL-RSLS)
- Protective lip rotating shaft lip seal (PL-RSLS)
- Specialized dust ring (SWR)
- Single-body end V-ring (SFV)
- Assembled end V-ring (AFV)
Material performance comparison
| Material Type | Hardness(Shore A) | Tensile Strength(MPa) | Temperature Range | Typical Applications |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber | 75±5 | ≥15 | -45~100℃ | NPL/PL-RSLS Body |
| Polyurethane Rubber | 93±3 | ≥40 | -55~70℃ | High Wear Resistant Parts |
| Nitrile Rubber | 60±5 | ≥10 | -40~100℃ | SFV/AFV body |
Key technical innovations
1. Ultra-large size sealing solution
The standard breaks through the sealing requirements of ultra-large shaft diameters of φ3920mm, and solves the sealing problems of wind power equipment under extreme working conditions through special structural design.
2. Composite material optimization
Adopting coated cotton fabric tape and rubber composite technology, the tensile strength in the warp direction is ≥200N/cm, and the weft direction is ≥150N/cm, achieving the best balance between mechanical strength and elasticity.
3. Environmental adaptability requirements
- Ozone aging resistance: 40℃×72h stretching 20% without cracking
- Salt spray test: hardness change ≤+3 degrees after 35℃×168h
- Ultraviolet aging: no surface defects at 63℃×168h
Implementation suggestions
Selection guide
Match the seal type according to the shaft diameter/speed:
| Working conditions | Recommended type |
|---|---|
| High speed (>10m/s) | PL-RSLS+SWR combination |
| Heavy load and low speed | SFV/AFV end seal |
Installation precautions
- Shaft surface roughness should be controlled within Ra0.2-0.63μm
- Use special guide tools during installation to avoid lip damage
- Combined seals must strictly match the groove size according to Appendix B
