Introduction

1. Background of Standard Formulation and Analysis of Technology Evolution

With the increasing global environmental awareness and the rapid development of the construction industry, the demand for green construction machinery is increasing. The formulation of this standard aims to standardize the green performance indicators of construction machinery and promote the industry to develop in the direction of high efficiency and low emissions. The standard is based on the drafting rules of GB/T1.1-2009 and is managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Construction Machinery and Equipment.

2. Green Performance Index Framework

1 Toxic and hazardous materials Control the use of Class D materials in Table 2 of GB/T26546-2011. Class C/D materials need to provide waste treatment methods. Check design documents or conduct material inspection.
2 Engine pollutant emissions Comply with national and local emission limit regulations. Check engine emission certification documents.
3 Operation Energy Efficiency Tested by standard method, see Appendix A for equipment without standard. Check the test report.
4 Noise Comply with product standards and safety standards. Check the noise test report.
5 Disassembly Method Provide machine disassembly instructions, in accordance with GB/T26546-2011 requirements. Check the disassembly method document.
6 Recyclability The recyclability of new machines shall not be less than 85%. See Appendix A of GB/T26546-2011.

3. Evaluation of Green Performance of Typical Construction Machinery

Typical equipment includes:

  • Tire loader: The operation energy efficiency test is carried out under the standard bucket and specified test conditions.
  • Hydraulic excavator: The test conditions include flat hard ground and specific material particle size.
  • Rotary drilling rig: Double-bottom sand dredging bucket is used, and the test well diameter requirements are strict.
  • Tower crane: operating energy efficiency is based on rated load and wind speed conditions.
  • Boom-type concrete pump truck: pumping conditions are divided into three pressure levels.

4. Implementation suggestions

Manufacturers: Actively adopt green design, optimize material and energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with standard requirements. At the same time, strengthen test capacity building and provide accurate test data support.

Regulatory authorities: Formulate corresponding regulatory policies, promote the implementation of standards, and promote the green development of the construction machinery industry.

User units: Give priority to products with high green performance indicators when selecting equipment, and actively participate in the feedback of test data.
