Ultrasonic motor is defined as a special motor that uses the piezoelectric inverse effect to convert electrical energy into micro-vibrations and realizes mechanical movement through friction drive. Its core parameters include:
  • Self-locking torque: the ability to resist external torque in the power-off state
  • Speed fluctuation coefficient: K=(nmax-nmin)/(nmax+nmin)×100%
  • Working area division: long time (S3≤50%)/short time (S3≤40%)/non-working area

1. Mechanical properties test

Use the standard test bracket (Appendix D) with magnetic powder brake loading, record the torque-speed curve of 6 characteristic points, which must meet the following requirements:

  • Speed fluctuation coefficient ≤ value specified in product technical conditions
  • Forward and reverse speed difference <5% rated no-load speed

Standard implementation recommendations

Design and application guide

  1. Model naming strictly follows the rules in Appendix A/B, such as CSX76S3 means a 76mm base solid single-shaft motor
  2. Installation dimension tolerance is controlled according to GB/T 1804-m level, coaxiality ≤0.03mm (120 base)
  3. Driver input voltage tolerance ±10% (12V/24V DC)

Key points of quality control

  • The identification test requires all four prototypes to pass the test
  • Group A test adopts GB/T 2828.1 Level II scheme
  • Accelerated testing is allowed for life test (acceleration factor must be specified)
