Introduction
1. Background of standard formulation and analysis of technological evolution
With the construction of new rural areas and the improvement of rural sanitary conditions in my country, the construction and management of rural public toilets have become an important livelihood project. GB/T 38353-2019 "Rural Public Toilet Construction and Management Specifications" came into being, aiming to standardize the design, construction and operation of public toilets in rural areas to ensure their safety, hygiene and sustainability.
