Key technical requirements

The standard puts forward three core requirements for full-automatic flushing, filling and capping machines:

  1. Flushing system: 100% inner surface coverage and flushing must be achieved, and the residual water quality must meet drinking water standards
  2. Filling seal: opening torque fluctuation ≤±0.4N·m, leakage rate 0%
  3. Material safety: surface roughness of finished product water contact area Ra≤0.8μm, bearings require food-grade seals

Safety control system

A certain brand of equipment meets the standard requirements through the following designs:

  • Adopt PLC safety circuit (PLc level) and IP65 protective electrical components
  • Set up triple interlock protection (stop filling due to lack of barrel, alarm due to lack of cover, shutdown due to abnormal pressure)
  • Install 25mm limit devices on key moving parts

Implementation suggestions

When introducing equipment, enterprises should focus on:

  1. Verify the dead angle rate of the CIP cleaning system
  2. Test the adaptability of different barrel types (4.5L-20L)
  3. Establish a regular calibration system (monthly filling accuracy inspection)
