Data element coding system
The standard adopts a five-segment coding structure, taking the unit unique identification number (0101010101) as an example:
- 01: Basic information field code
- 01: First-level classification of building information
- 01: Second-level classification of unit public attributes
- 01: No third-level classification (00 indicates vacancy)
- 01: Serial number
Key technical features
Data type specification
The standard defines 13 data types, such as Building age uses the DATE format (YYYYMMDD), Building area uses the FLOAT type and the unit of measurement is mandatory to be ㎡.
Attribute constraint rules
Required attributes (M) include: Chinese name, internal identifier, definition, data type; optional attributes (O) include English name, synonymous name, etc. Taking House structure type as an example, its enumeration value range includes 5 types: 0-wood structure, 1-brick-concrete structure, etc.
Implementation suggestions
- Establish a data element registration mechanism to ensure coding uniqueness
- When developing a smart home system, give priority to the 233 dedicated data elements defined in Chapter 7.2
- Data exchange in the public broadcasting system should refer to the 229 data specifications in Chapter 6.6
