Introduction

Standard Background and Significance

As a technical specification urgently formulated during the epidemic prevention and control period, this standard solves the problem of mutual recognition of health code systems in various places. Through a unified interface protocol, the intercommunication of health data of 31 provincial administrative regions across the country is achieved, supporting more than 1 billion calls per day.

Key technology implementation

Data encryption scheme

Use asymmetric encryption to process sensitive information. Example:
Plain text format: "Name|ID number|CHN^20200320"
Encrypted output: Base64 encoding after RSA public key encryption is stored in the BizExtData field

Risk level determination

Implemented through the three-color code system:
00 (green code) - low risk | 01 (yellow code) - medium risk | 10 (red code) - high risk
The basis for judgment includes:
- Travel trajectory within 14 days (fxdj field)
- Body temperature data (Temperature field)
- Contact history (IsPatientContactRisk field)


Implementation suggestions

  1. System connection: G100 resident network identity coding mode is preferred, compatible with the Ministry of Public Security CTID system
  2. Exception handling: An automatic retry mechanism needs to be established for B120200 system exception codes
  3. Performance optimization: It is recommended to cache administrative division codes (Xzqhdm) to reduce the query frequency of GB/T2260
