《GB/T 3903.16-2008鞋类 帮面、衬里和内垫试验方法 耐磨性能》由TC305（全国制鞋标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为中国轻工业联合会。
GB/T 3903的本部分规定了测定帮面、衬里和内垫耐磨性能（耐干、湿擦）的试验方法，目的是评估其最终用途的适宜性。
本部分适用于各种材料的帮面、衬里和内垫。
GB/T 3903的本部分等同采用国际标准ISO 17704:2004《鞋类 帮面、衬里的内垫试验方法 耐磨性能》（英文版），技术内容完全相同，仅作如下编辑性修改：
a)“本欧洲标准”一词改为“本部分”；
b)小数点“.”代替作为小数点的逗号“，”；
c)删除国际标准的前言
d)删除国际标准的目录；
e)对于ISO 17704:2004中所引用的欧盟标准，本部分直接引用与之相对应的国家标准；
f)统一表题；
g)将转速单位“rad/s”换算为“r/min”,“rev/min”表达方式也相应改为“r/min”；
h)将参考文献中的国际标准，改为与之相对应的国家标准。

1 Scope

This standard specifies a test method for determining the resistance of uppers, linings and insocks irrespective of the material, to wet and dry abrasion, in order to assess the suitability for the end use.
This standard is applicable to uppers, linings and insocks made by all kinds of materials.
