Standard Framework and Technological Evolution
As the first special evaluation specification for circular economy in the thermal power industry, this standard fills the gap in the quantitative evaluation of circular economy in the energy industry. Its technological evolution presents three major characteristics:

Resource recycling rate indicator
Requires 100% resource utilization of 4 types of waste:
Typical case: A 1000MW unit produced ceramsite and desulfurized gypsum from fly ash to produce building materials, achieving an annual revenue of 32 million yuan and a circular economy index of 96.5 points.
