Introduction
Technical background and evolution of the standard
With the increase in the depth of coal mining in my country, traditional tunneling technology faces problems such as severe mine pressure and high support costs. This standard systematically regulates the application of high-water materials (water volume ratio ≤90%) in tunneling projects along the goaf for the first time. Compared with traditional gangue filling, it has the characteristics of fast setting speed (4h strength reaches 1.2-4MPa) and good roof connection performance.

Key process parameter control
Pulping system configuration requirements
The standard stipulates that the pulping system must include: automatic metering system, double mixing barrel group (1 each for prefabricated/finished product), and plunger grouting pump (JB/T 7043 compliant). The typical configuration is shown in Figure 1, where:
- Water temperature control range: 18-30℃
- Slurry flow rate lower limit: 2m/s
- Mixed slurry pipe diameter ratio: 1.1-1.3 times single slurry pipe
Solutions to implementation difficulties
Anti-slip measures for large-angle tunnels
For coal seam inclination >15°, the standard innovatively proposes the anti-slip anchor bolt design (see Figure 5):
- The anchor end penetrates the bottom rock layer ≥1.2m
- The rod body and the filling body are bonded with epoxy resin
- The preload force is not less than 50kN
