Standard Framework and Technology Evolution
GB/T 39397.1-2020, as the supporting standard of the BeiDou-3 global system, systematically standardizes the observation data file format of the iGMAS tracking station for the first time. This standard inherits the RINEX format of GB/T 27606-2011, and adds special data fields such as BDS integrity information and ionospheric grid, reflecting the innovative breakthrough of China's satellite navigation standard system.

The structure of SSSS_DDD[F|MM].YYT] is adopted, where:
- SSSS: 4-letter station code (such as zhon)
- DDD: Day of the year (001-366)
