Introduction

Analysis of the core content of the standard

This standard applies to diesel-powered truck cranes and all-terrain cranes, and specifies the test conditions and calculation methods for fuel consumption.

Test framework comparison

Test type Test condition Number of cycles Key parameters
Operation condition Leg extension and retraction 5 times Minimum speed/maximum speed
Standby 5 times 120s/time
Boom extension and retraction 5 times 4x no-load
Amplitude change 5 times 30° elevation difference
Swing 5 times 180° reciprocating
Lifting 5 times 4m height
Driving condition Constant speed Round and return 2 times 10-70km/h
Acceleration Round and return 2 times 30→50km/h
Idle 3 times 300s/time

Key technical requirements

Instrument accuracy

  • Fuel flow meter: error ≤±0.5%
  • Vehicle speed measurement: error ≤±0.5%
  • Engine tachometer: error ≤±1%

Test conditions

  1. Hydraulic oil temperature 20-80℃
  2. Engine water temperature 80-90℃
  3. Tire tread depth maintains initial 50%-90%

Implementation suggestions

Test preparation phase

It is recommended to conduct Test preparation in advance class=instrument>50km running-in drive, and check the prototype status according to Appendix A, with special attention to:

  • Confirm that all oils meet the manufacturer's standards
  • Check the synchronization of leg extension and retraction
  • Calibrate the accuracy level of the weighing instrument

Data collection stage

The operating handle should strictly follow the opening-time curve in Figure 1. Note:

  1. Remove the maximum and minimum values and take the middle 3 groups of data
  2. Equal speed driving speed deviation ≤1km/h
  3. Record environmental temperature and humidity data

Calculation points

The total fuel consumption of the operating condition is calculated as Q=Qs×0.01+Qi×0.39+Qs×0.12+Qa×0.19+Qh×0.05+Qe×0.24, where:

  • Arithmetic mean correction must be performed on each sub-condition first
  • For driving condition weights, refer to Table 6 for classification
  • The final result is rounded to two decimal places
